Funeral services for Vaun R. Flora, age 70, brother of Robert and Ralph Flora, both of Covington, who died Wednesday, May 23, at his home in Nashville, Ind., were held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Band Funeral Home at Nashville. Born in Flora, he retired in 1958 after serving 18 years in Indianapolis as traffic results supervisor for Indiana Bell Telephone Company. He previously had worked as district traffic manager at South Bend for 12 years. Mr. Flora was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. He was an associate member of the Brown County Art Gallery Association, a member of the Brown County Country Club and a farmer member of the Grace Methodist Church at Kokomo. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Octavia M. Flora; one son, Vaun, Jr., of Danville, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Davidson of Evanston, Ill., and Mrs. Marion Young of St. Petersburg, Fla., and two brothers, Robert and Ralph Flora, both of Covington. --typed by Walt W
